返品ポリシー

新品で未開封のほとんどの商品は、配達後 30 日以内に返品して全額返金を受けることができます。返品が当社の過失による場合 (間違った商品や不良品が届いた場合など) は、返送にかかる送料も当社が負担します。

返金は、返品配送業者に荷物を渡してから 4 週間以内に受け取ることになりますが、多くの場合、より早く返金されます。この期間には、配送業者から返品を受け取るまでの輸送時間 (5 ～ 10 営業日)、返品を受け取ってから処理にかかる時間 (3 ～ 5 営業日)、銀行が返金リクエストを処理する時間 (5 ～ 10 営業日) が含まれます。

商品を返品する必要がある場合は、アカウントにログインし、「マイ アカウント」メニューの「注文を完了」リンクを使用して注文を表示し、「商品の返品」ボタンをクリックしてください。返品された商品を受け取って処理したら、返金について電子メールでお知らせします。

配送

弊社は、世界中のほぼすべての住所に発送できます。ただし、一部の製品には制限があり、海外への発送ができない製品もあることにご注意ください。

ご注文いただくと、商品の在庫状況と選択した配送オプションに基づいて、発送日と配達日を見積もります。選択した配送業者によっては、発送日の見積もりが配送見積もりページに表示される場合があります。

弊社が販売する多くの商品の配送料は重量に基づいていることにもご注意ください。そのような商品の重量は、商品の詳細ページで確認できます。弊社が使用する配送会社のポリシーを反映するため、すべての重量は次の 1 ポンドに切り上げられます。

We offer international shipping to most countries, though certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the destination.

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout based on product availability and the shipping method selected. In some cases, carrier-specific delivery estimates will also be displayed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight. Product weights are listed on each product page and rounded up to the nearest pound in accordance with carrier guidelines.

Return Policy

Most new and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product—return shipping will be covered by us.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of the return shipment. This includes:

• 5–10 business days for the item to reach our facility
• 3–5 business days for return processing
• 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, go to My Account > Complete Orders, and select Return Item(s). You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.
