California residents may request, once per year and free of charge, a list of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the categories of personal information disclosed.

You can stop/restrict cookie placement or delete cookies via your web browser settings. Note: Browser-based opt-outs do not work on mobile apps. Many mobile devices allow opting out of certain mobile ads via device settings.

Advertising
We partner with third-party advertisers who may use cookies to collect your activity on Acemagic.com and other sites to serve ads based on your interests. Partners cannot access or share Glow usage data. To opt-out of targeted advertising from these partners, visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) or Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) websites.
Note: Browser-based opt-outs must be performed per device and browser.

Do Not Track
We do not respond to or honor "Do Not Track" signals transmitted by web browsers.

Email
To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link at the email's bottom. We process requests within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for removing your information from third-party lists per their policies.

Third-Party Websites & Social Media
Our Products may contain links to other sites. We do not control these domains and advise reviewing their privacy policies. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Access them at your own risk.
Our Products may integrate with social media platforms. Their cookies may be set on your device. Information you share online may be viewed and used without limitation. Use of such services carries the risk of third-party use of your information.

Information Security
We implement reasonable measures to securely process your information per this policy, following generally accepted standards to protect personal information during transmission and storage. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for inadvertent disclosures. In case of a security breach, we may notify you via Acemagic.com, email, or mail as legally required.

Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide services. We also retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 17. Our Products are not directed to children under 17. If you believe your child provided us with personal information without consent, contact us at support@acemagic.net. If we learn we collected information from a child under 17, we will delete it immediately and terminate the account.

International Users
Using our Products involves transferring data to the United States. Accessing Acemagic.com or providing information constitutes your agreement to New York State law governing privacy disputes per these Terms.
For EU and other regions, by providing your information, you consent to its global transfer and processing per this policy.

EU-U.S. Privacy Shield & Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield
Acemagic Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks regarding personal data transferred from the EU and Switzerland. See the U.S. Department of Commerce's Privacy Shield List for details.
Acemagic Inc. is responsible for processing data under the Privacy Shield and adheres to onward transfer liability provisions. It is subject to FTC enforcement and may be required to disclose data under lawful requests.
For unresolved privacy concerns, contact our U.S.-based third-party dispute resolution provider (free of charge). Binding arbitration may be invoked under certain conditions as described on the Privacy Shield website.
