Out-of-Stock Products: Warranty coverage begins from the date of receipt, with the following refund structure for quality issues:

Within 1 month of use: 100% refund.

Within 6 months of use: 90% refund of product price.

Within 1 year of use: 80% refund of product price.

Within 1.5 years of use: 70% refund of product price.

Within 2 years of use: 60% refund of product price.

1. Pending Orders (In-stock & Pre-sale Products)
You may contact ACEMAGIC anytime to confirm your order status. Customers can apply for a full refund before the order ships. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
2. Shipped Orders
2.1 Intact/Undamaged Products

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Intact/undamaged products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of receipt for a full refund.

The receipt date is determined by the tracking information of your package's tracking number.

Please assist us in confirming the condition of the returned product; otherwise, the refund request may be invalidated.

In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers cannot claim the 30-day refund for intact products received more than 30 days ago.
2.2 Quality-Related Issues
2.2.1 Damaged/Deformed Outer Packaging or Missing Items Inside

Damaged/Deformed Outer Packaging:

Upon receiving a damaged/deformed package, immediately file a claim with the courier and obtain a stamped confirmation document.

Contact us with detailed information describing the issue and attach photos of the damaged/deformed packaging and the confirmation document to your email.

After verification, the customer can request a full refund or a replacement product.

Missing Items Inside Package:

Carefully inspect the package contents and weight before signing for receipt.

If items are missing from the package, contact us via email, providing the order number (e.g., #ACEUS***) and detailed information (text/photos/video) describing the issue.

After verification, the customer can request a replacement or partial refund for the missing items.

ACEMAGIC is responsible for shipping costs related to returns and replacements due to damaged/deformed packaging, missing items, or incorrect package delivery.

ACEMAGIC is not liable for packages lost after successful delivery to the correct address (as confirmed by tracking information), including refunds or replacements.
2.2.2 DOA (Dead on Arrival)

For DOA cases, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

Attach the order number (e.g., #ACEUS***) and detailed information describing the problem (text/photos/video) to your email.

Once the product is confirmed DOA, we will provide the customer with a warehouse address to return the product.

After the DOA product arrives at the warehouse, the customer can request a full refund or replacement.

ACEMAGIC is responsible for shipping costs related to returns and replacements for DOA products.
2.2.3 Defective Products

Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase (e.g., order number #ACEUS***) and detailed information describing the issue (text/photos/video) via email.

We will provide troubleshooting tips and document the troubleshooting process.

Shipping Costs for Defect-Related Returns/Replacements:

Within 30 days of receipt: ACEMAGIC covers all shipping costs.

After 30 days of receipt: Customer covers return shipping costs; ACEMAGIC covers replacement shipping costs.

About Returns

Returns must include all accessories.

Returns must be in the original packaging or packaging offering equivalent protection.

Returns must be sent to the designated ACEMAGIC warehouse.

Returns may be rejected if they do not meet these requirements.

The warranty becomes void if the wrong product is returned or if the defective product is not returned to the ACEMAGIC warehouse.
About Refunds

The refund process begins once the returned item arrives at the ACEMAGIC warehouse.

Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

PayPal refunds: May take up to 48 hours to process.

Credit card & Bank account refunds: Typically take 7-10 business days to process.

If our monthly refund limit via the original payment method is reached, we may need to issue the refund via transfer to your PayPal account instead. This usually takes 48-72 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
About Product Replacements

Remote area surcharges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tax-free shipping insurance (if purchased for the original order) becomes void after the original package is successfully delivered. This insurance does not apply to the replacement package. Customers wishing to avoid customs duties must purchase tax-free shipping insurance again for the replacement.
Non-Warranty Coverage
The warranty does not cover:

Normal degradation, wear and tear from everyday use.

Bulk orders and orders for rental/commercial use.

Products lacking sufficient proof of purchase.
-
Products lost or stolen during everyday use.
-
Products outside the warranty period.
-
Discontinued or out-of-stock models.
-
Free products, giveaways, or products resold or transferred to a third party.

Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.

Intentional damage caused by human factors.

Losses due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.) and social events (strikes, wars, embargoes, etc.).

Damage caused by product misuse, including but not limited to drops, exposure to extreme temperatures or water, improper operation, or improper hardware replacement.
※ If a product is damaged due to human factors or misuse, the product warranty becomes void. No compensation will be provided in such cases. ACEMAGIC may only offer replacements or spare parts (subject to availability) through general sales channels. The customer is responsible for the cost of the replacement/spare part and necessary shipping fees.
※ ACEMAGIC's product warranty does not cover damage resulting from overclocking, even if enabled using ACEMAGIC hardware and/or software.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated in the above warranty terms, ACEMAGIC MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
ACEMAGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND ACEMAGIC'S REASONABLE CONTROL (SUCH AS FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS).
